Looks like my Daisy Mae. 💔😭 I just lost her recently as well. I'm in Winnetka. I was putting her outside to enjoy the weather and I banged the cage by accident. She got spooked and flew the coop.

We adopted a green Amazon parrot that way. It turned out to be a nightmare! It was mean as ever! I'm sure that's why we found it. My father joked about taking it out on a one way hunting trip.... He actually just put it up for adoption. It bit the living daylights out of the new owner....
