Try cracking your garage door so that he can get back in and put a small amount of food inside and monitor if it gets eaten. Put something with his scent on it, in the garage and on your porch. Go out at night in early morning, with a flashlight and look for his glowing eyes. Look under and around everything, Cars, shrubs, decks, window wells and look around street drains. Notify your neighbors. Put flyers up in your neighborhood with his picture, and your contact information. Post on nextdoor.com and pawboost.com

Put some clothes or blankets with your scent on them outside. Look up high in trees. Put some lost cat signs in your neighborhood and ask neighbors to check their sheds and garages. Search outside at night with bright flashlights and call for him. Hope you find your kitty soon 🙏
