Thank you to all you reached out. Cougies appeared at our back door this morning. We lured him in with treats and, other than being a little skinny, he seems unharmed. He has a lot to say about his adventure.

Oh he's so cute🥺 Go out at night with a flashlight and some open canned food and walk as far as you can calling his name. Get people to check their garages, sheds, etc... Sharing post and praying you're reunited with your precious Cougies asap!! ((🙏🐾🏡🙏))

She/he could easily have ventured further than normal from being scared off from either prey or loud noises pushing her/him away from where it’s familiar. Try going outside their usual perimeter and placing things that smell of home (like shreds of a blanket or shirt, or vacuum bag contents) trailing back to your area that she/he knows.
