Approx 30lb sulcata tortoise the size of a dinner plate, spikey arms and some pyramiding on his shell

**Size of a dinner platter. We think he got out through a hole in our back alley. He is motivated by greens (collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion, etc). We would very much appreciate getting him home! And we'll patch the hole in the fence.
