Black cat with either longer hair or larger build. Looks to be at least 10 lbs. wasn’t skittish but wasn’t super friendly

I’ve seen this cat around argyle and wolcott a few times now. I’ve never gotten close enough to take a better look. It looks to be fully black. Either has longer hair or larger build. At least 10 lbs. They weren’t super skittish but wouldn’t come to me either. Last seen crossing argyle and going into gated courtyard at the corner of argyle and Wolcott (4957 n wolcott ave). Acts more like a pet than just a stray.
