This dog was following me and my family around for a bit they are very sweet and not reactive to kids or other dogs. I gave him some food and had to leave but he was very nice. I also notice he look like he was having trouble with his hind legs

You left him there?! Did you call rescues? Add the cross streets, date sighted! Notify shelters. Call rescues!! Vets, pet stores will scan for a microchip for free. Post to Mountain House and county lost pets groups.
