LOOSE DOGS. Lake Devin rd and burnette rd. Does anyone knows these dogs and if they belong to someone?? Posting for my friend who lives in Oxford. There were a total of 4 dogs. 3 of the dogs seemed to possibly be German shepherd mixes and the other dog is white with light brown spots. She tried to get closer but they were running through the woods together and wouldn’t come near. She’s going to call animal control at 12 when they are available.
