Very friendly dog. He obviously belongs to someone near by. He is hanging out on my front porch and has been fed and watered. However, I cannot keep him.

He must have gone somewhere close, we have tried to find him. We don't know how to ask whoever has him where he is.

Where is he? We rescued him off the streets last weekend and brought him to the shelter last night. A sweet old lady wanted him after we found out they were full. Something obviously happened and we would like to have him back. I have pictures.
