Bella Amor Is he temporarily safe and contained? If you can't find a rescue, take him to the shelter. He is better off there than on the streets. Also please don't hand him over to just any random person. Dog fighters look for dogs to use as bait. They will even have their wives/girlfriends inquire for them and pretend to be legit.
