Watch out for scammers sending you to pet finders. Put something out with your cats smell on it. Go out at night and look under bushes close by with flaahlight. Check neighbors sheds. Set a humaine trap you can borrow from most rescues. A guy in Dover near the base is bad news for cats. I hope most people in that area know about him. Good luck
