Found this sweet boy by Union and Pennsylvania St close to the Shell gas station on Madison Ave and Pleasant Run Parkway. Was wondering around in the street by cars and we stopped and he jumped right in. Isn’t chipped and has a harness. Seems to be about a year old, maybe younger, shepherd/husky mix. Will not return without proof of ownership
