Tri-color American pitbull & catahula leopard dog

I was out of town And the "people" watching him abused him and left him tied to a tree at a local dog park. He had just been hit by a car and had open wounds when they left him. He is a lot skinnier than in the pics. Please, anyone who sees a dog even slightly resembling dog, I am forever grateful to be notified with or without pic if possible. Thank you for all that help
