If this is an indoor only cat that never goes out, look close. Indoor only cats when lost get scared and hide because it is unknown territory and usually do not come out when you call. Usually are within 3 or 4 houses . Put out something with your scent such as a piece of clothing or blanket. Call at dusk, dawn and night and shake the treats. Get in your neighbour's yards and look under decks, sheds, in trees, bushes or anywhere they can hide. Put up lots of posters. If you are searching at night, use a flashlight as their eyes glow in the dark. I know your cat may or may not be by houses but he will likely be close to where you lost him in or by the wooded area. Putting out a litter box is not a good idea as it attracts predators. I’m not far from McMaster and also own bengals I’ll keep an eye out out his litter box outside and maybe a blanket he sleeps on or something the sent might lure him home he’s probably scared good luck 😻😔
