I know you've been through things like this before and you have it under control. Another thing I would do is post on as many pages as possible and make sure to select "all posts" when Facebook asks what you want to see in your newsfeed. That way, if anyone were to find her, you would see the found post. Also make sure to describe her in detail in your posts so someone can search for a lost post using keywords; e.g., longhair, fluffy, brown tabby bushy tail, etc. As you say, it's possible she hid somewhere and became trapped. Thoroughly search using a flashlight during the day and especially when it’s dark and quiet (dusk is best) to determine whether she’s ill or injured and hiding nearby, or stuck somewhere. Check every crack and crevice, look in outbuildings, containers, vehicles, under foundations and porches etc. and listen carefully for Monkey's cries. And I know you've alerted neighbors so they can do the same and make sure Monkey didn’t hide and become trapped in a shed or garage, etc. Here are some additional tips, just in case you need them: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10215221381226936&set=pob.1205777727&type=3&theater Oh, and this video that explains the temperament and behavior of a lost cat — it also provides some guidance that may help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2eCoC63B9I I'll watch the found posts for a match. Please let us know how it goes.

Put his bed or piece of worn clothing outside your door at dusk after it quiets down crack the door with smelly food inside this usually lures them back inside on their own. My upstairs neighbors did this at 9:30 a.m. and her came back inside within 1/2 hr
