Hello! I found this doggy near cyber yogurt today and he was panting. May want to take to the vet to check his paws as the asphalt was super hot. He is in my care. We wet him with cold water and he is currently in AC. He does not want to drink water.

Sylvia Ramos NO!! IF a dog or cat is overheating first choice should be a vet. You're supposed to bring their temp down slowly and steadily with a wet cloth etc Never put them in an ice water bath! This can cause shock and make it worse.
