He was starving we fed him, but we can’t keep him. Due to medical reasons.We took him and he does not have a chip if the owners don’t claim him we’re willing to give them away to a good home.. we have no choice but to turn them over to Bay County animal control on Thursday. If anyone would like him, we would help with his shots. He is housebroken, very lovable..
