And the worst thing is is not all people can afford tons of money to get their pet back and if they have to wait then it costs even more money for them and nine times in a 10 people end up not being able to get their dogs or pet back at all and these are family members

My goodness poor guy I hope you get your puppy back when it gets taken to animal control or surrender to animal control it makes it very hard for them to get returned back home
