I am being nice. I could of pointed out the owners lack of intelligence in keeping an eye on his dog if he let it loose in his yard. Especially with the amount of thefts of French bulldogs or any other popular breed. Sorry..no excuse. Your dogs are YOUR responsibility…no one else’s.

Bob Scibana be nice. The dog either was taken or was able to get out of his yard. The family is devastated enough to have negativity thrown at them.

Thats theft. That’s not losing. People that arent paying attention to dogs they let out in their yards loose? Those are dogs waiting to escape. You dont let your child out without supervision. You shouldnt do less with your dogs too.
