My grandma’s dog Pepper ran away this morning in Minden, Nevada near Grandview ests / East Valley after getting scared by hot air balloons. My grandma is absolutely devastated and we are trying everything to help bring her . I live 10 hours away, so I’m posting everywhere hoping someone nearby may see her.
