Take it easy there. My daughter posted this. We rescued a stray and were caring for it for about 40 hrs. We were calling it a she. We took it to the vet and discovered its a boy. After getting treatment at the vet, fleas were jumping off all over me. I set him down, as I'd done a dozen times before but he got scared when someone started a vehicle, and he took off. We have been unable to find him. My daughter is heartbroken. Please be kind.

How do we know where near your house is? Is this for real? It’s a stray, but you lost it. You refer to the cat as her, but when clicking on the link above it states the cat is male.
