Samantha Hicks Brown Contact the police! 702-828-3111. That's the number for stolen dog reports. Let them know you have video of this occurring yesterday and they may have patrol check the area for these people & R. Make sure you have the videos and all documents/chip number, etc. ready to show them as they may come to you first to get all the information. If he was just a stray APS or Rescues could help, but stealing a dog is a crime and you should have the police intervene.
