I see this cat in the Laguna Serrano apartments all the time. I how someone was able to catch him and keep him safe until owners are hopefully found

If he is outside PLEASE remove the bells from his collar..bells are a coyotes best friend in search of their next meal. Hopefully you can bring him in, especially at night or make a quiet corner with a blanket, food and water in your garage to keep him safe at night, post signs “FOUND” cat with his picture in your neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods/cross streets.
