Message from Finder
Had to call animal control. He is friendly but was running up to kids out of school. As of 330pm he was leashed to a tree right on corner for animal control who is supposedly on way. In front of child day care. One of the dad's was going to bring him some water. The lady that runs the day care is aware he's there but obviously can't do anything with him. I hung onto him for half hour until the kids cleared. Could not take him. Has a collar but no tag. Get tags for your pets people! He probably has a chip they'll find at humane.
