Very friendly cat! They let me pet them but I had my hands full with a baby so I could not bring them inside. They ran behind the M&Z carpet before I had a chance to come back outside. They had their name , Jasper, on their collar and a rabies shot tag as well.

Spotted jasper tonight (4/22) in Carlisle at the YMCA between 8:30 and 9pm. We were able to read his tag but the only phone number was to the SPCA on his rabies tag. There was no owner information. Extremely sweet kitty!
