Cecil is a small cat, all white with one blue and one green eye. He is a shy and timid cat who rarely leaves our garden, so please check gardens and sheds where he might be hiding. We miss him deeply, our lives feel empty without him! Please help

I'm not sure if I am m or not, feeding Cecil? It's just that same description of the lost & found cats site, ? The fellas really very shy, & Is fed at least 1/2 times by myself but also 1 of my neighbours also feeds him? But I've put a picture of the Him and asked already on Facebook. But I'll post another one now If you might recognise him, This would be great for little guy? Thank you
