She is the sweetest, never even growled when the neighbors cat came to drink out of the water I had put down for her. Possibly recently had pups. She definitely has been own her own for a bit and needs medical attention. I have called animal control. She followed my grocery delivery driver up the Hill. She let me pick up the food and water without a care and followed me to back yard so I could keep her safe for now but I can’t keep her even tho I wished I could.
