I have both, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia first, not sure when, it's been quite awhile. In 2013 I was diagnosed with PsA, but I know I had it a few years before diagnosis. It is quite common for people to have both. Once you have one autoimmune disease it just opens up the door to have more!!!
