Found this dog on bishop road after he was almost hit by a car. He has a sister as well who’s white and black but she won’t let us near her.

Rosy Schall unfortunately we did call the non emergency and they told there is nothing they can do. We took him in to see if he has a microchip and he does not. Hoping the owner sees this post and reclaims him
