My gut feeling is that someone in our neighborhood have her and don't want to turn her in or will not turn her in. I have paid many advertising ads and even gone other sources to see if I can get an answer. And sleepless night not knowing if Lucy is safe. I am in a very desperate mode to get her home. We already loss a fur baby to cancer, Lucy is our priority to get her home safe. Please be understanding and only good vibe here to support our tough time. I appreciated greatly and thank you!
