In the meantime, please post on fb local pages like Lost and Found Pets Baltimore City, nextdoor, neighbors app, and petcolove. Place some of your dirty laundry outside along with some smelly food, and make sure there's someone there watching for him, b/c most dogs will circle back to home within 24 hours or less. If he doesn't have a way back in, he may wander off again. Put flyers up all over your street and neighborhood. <3
