This dog was pretty spooked but really sweet! He ran around the Polaris building toward Stallings Rd and eventually ran behind the BP across the street. We gave him some food we had just bought from PetSmart for our dog and tried to get him with a slip leash but he wouldn’t let us get close enough. He was wearing a black collar with no tags.
