People in Connecticut are always losing their cat or dogs, hey what do you want from me? Their a liberal state with liberal animals. 🤣

shake a bag of dry food and call his name in the evening when the streets are quiet. He may come running home if he is close by - he probably won't meow as self-defense from predators. Leave out some clothing with your scent on it if you can.
