My dog got out and one of my neighbors instead of bringing her safely back decided to hold on to her and call animal control and took her . I went to the animal control where she was placed at and someone took her . I just want her back she didn’t have to go through this she doesn’t know anything outside. I’ve had her since she was a newborn She is 3 years old and her name is Leah I also have a REWARD $$ to bring her back safely to her family
