Found this tiny cat this morning at my door, hungry, scared and crying. No collar. Asked several neighbors, no one knows who or if it has an owner. Unfortunately, this is not the first time someone has moved out and left their pet or uses our property for cat dumping. People s. It's safe, full belly and I gave it a bath. Taking to shelter tomorrow.
