Shih-tzu with underbite, unaltered, scabs (clipper burns), pink collar, fleas, very sweet

I found this little momma running through traffic on Willow St. A kind man in a truck corralled her to the parking lot. I pulled over and called her over and she quickly trusted me. She is contained in a yard and being fed. She is carrying fleas which is why I think her hair was shaved. She looks well fed just not in the best condition (scabs everywhere, covered in dirt).

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free. Thanks for helping the dog.
