Is it a big Tom? I've had a big Tom show up at my house I feed some strays I'm a long ways from you but cats can wander I am at ellsworth and Broadway area. He is friendly

Yep, people do let them out, and that sucks, but sometimes they let themselves out. Gold star for your training abilities, I guess? Either way, OP didn't mention one way or the other, you just assumed. Your concern is nice, and perhaps you're a decent person, but your empathy, based on your wording, appears to be non-existent.

Shanlyn Cronas I had 5 cat's and none ever got out!!! There are people all over that let their cats out to run wild here in Arizona and there is no law against it but when they don't return home the people make a big deal out of it!!! If You watch and train them well they will be comfortable staying inside!!! It just takes concern!!!
