Found this baby in a sad circumstance with a Tim Hortons cup stuck on her head. Hair was crusted from the liquid she must have been in that situation for a long time. Starving . Thin frame with enlarged abdomen. Due to the circumstances and condition she was found in, I am being extremely careful and militarily strict and skeptical by anyone claiming to be the owner. Very friendly and affectionate. Posting only in the unlikely event that she did belong to a responsible owner. I’d like to emphasize once more that returning her to a responsible owner- not any owner - is of utmost importance. She was seconds away from wandering into the road due to being completely stuck inside a cup that was half the size of her small body and totally blinded. It was awful to see and it was clear she was desperately scavenging for food or water. I’m happy to message privately if needed. Thank you!

Hi everyone I just saw this posted outside of the paw boost website …. To answer questions : yes I am taking her to the vet (and right now she is doing really well and immediately acclimated to my home) She does not appear to be a match for any of the pets others have posted that I’ve seen. Yes I will be keeping her if a (responsible) owner is not found. Luckily I’ve not had any shady inquiries… I have some background in law enforcement so no worries that I would give her up without stringent and tedious investigation. It’s strict around here 🌚🫡

Kathy Heitzmann Thats where personal photos are required if no tattoos or chips for proof..On all my sites its alot of colorpoints people say.."" I.ll take it".. That pees me off..Just 2 weeks ago a lady " wanted"" a purebred persian and I told her hold it!!.. Sure enough we found rightful owner same day.

Cindy Pavlis Yes..Thats crazy how many people jump to try to grab a cat thats not theres..Just went through that with a Persian and the finder and I matched the kitty to lost and found the very next day and reunited..Meanwhile a lady tried to claim the kitty same day posted knowing it was false..Happens alot with colorpoints..

Distended belly could mean a few things..If you are taking her to the vet to do a free microchip check they can also evaluate if she is in gestation..Also distended belly can be a sign of FIP..Glad you were able to get her to safety..She sounds like possibly a lynxpoint and I've seen a few missing on my sites..Will keep my eyes peeled on the sites for a lost girl missing..
