Found this baby in a sad circumstance with a Tim Hortons cup stuck on her head. Hair was crusted from the liquid she must have been in that situation for a long time. Starving . Thin frame with enlarged abdomen. Due to the circumstances and condition she was found in, I am being extremely careful and militarily strict and skeptical by anyone claiming to be the owner. Very friendly and affectionate. Posting only in the unlikely event that she did belong to a responsible owner. I’d like to emphasize once more that returning her to a responsible owner- not any owner - is of utmost importance. She was seconds away from wandering into the road due to being completely stuck inside a cup that was half the size of her small body and totally blinded. It was awful to see and it was clear she was desperately scavenging for food or water. I’m happy to message privately if needed. Thank you!
