Lauren Garner it is, a shock collar is abusive on its own and he is kicked and left alone. But I guess witnesses and our testimony doesn't matter. 🙄

Lisa Flood Wuerger I did, they refuse to do anything. Sadly shock collars and all this abuse is legal. It's why I'm working on getting them banned. They're already banned in over 30 countries. As for the kicking, animal control said unless it was on camera or they found bruises.... But I did get a different dog getting kicked on camera and more evidence of that dog being abused and animal control did nothing. They're useless

Hey, I know the dog. The owner is incredibly abusive to him and makes him attack other dogs. He's best kept away from her... She leaves him outside wandering every day so this was bound to happen.
