I think I'd have to get her scanned for a chip and if not registered...file report to animal control and adopt her after the stray hold is up. But.... on the other hand...if the owner has been found and they live somewhere near...I would definitely talk with them as to why their dog keeps showing up at your house. Maybe they live close or the dog knows the way home from your house.....a few different possibilities...but if you can keep the puppers.. do it! Its obviously comfortable with coming to you.... ❤️🐾❤️
