🐾 Description: • Large, muscular build • Black and tan coloring with a white patch on chest • Looked well-fed and healthy • Had what appeared to be a black belt or strap around his neck (not a typical collar)

⚠️ Lost Dog Sighting – Greensboro (Pisgah Church Rd area) Spotted a large dog that looks similar to the one pictured around 5:00 PM today near Pisgah Church Road & Pisgah Place (heading toward Battleground Ave). 🐾 Description: • Large, muscular build • Black and tan coloring with a white patch on chest • Looked well-fed and healthy • Had what appeared to be a black belt or strap around his neck (not a typical collar) He was walking calmly along the road and did not seem aggressive at all. He actually looked pretty content, just walking at an easy pace. His tongue was out, so he may have been hot, thirsty, tired, or just naturally walking like that. Didn’t see an owner nearby. If this is your dog or you recognize him, please check the area! Hoping he gets safely 🤍

Thank you for sharing! I know the ad says sighted, but if by any chance you can get him to safety! Surely someone’s beloved pup; they may be unaware their pup is out ! (So many pets are hit and ed before they're able to be safely returned home. 😔) 🐾 Any vet’s office will scan for microchip for free. 🐾 Not everyone is looking for their lost pets online, so it’s important to TALK to neighbors in the area. 🐾Check pawboost for LOST pets. 🐾Contact shelter with description and location: may be first place family is looking. 🐾Posting "found dog" on a simple cardboard, along with your phone number, posted close can be extremely helpful. Have any caller identify dog FIRST (specific markings, photos, vet records) Though most people are good, some will claim free pets for dog fighting bait 🤬or other unkind reasons. 🥹💖THANK YOU for caring enough to Act and help make our community a safe and caring place for everyone, especially these vulnerable animals, who rely on humans for their care 💗
