Tricia Dicarlo it kills me how many people just assume. And all the people who do find lost dogs that automatically keep them and say they were dumped. It's amazing how many people assume a lost dog is dumped. Not sure why they do that. Or they think its ok just to rehome someone's pet when they find it. And when you tell them it's against the law to do that and they can be charged with theft when the owners come forward they get so defensive when you're only trying to help.

Amber Harper I just posted this in response. PLEASE EVERYONE; Dont pass judgement on or accuse owners of negligence. A well taken dog can change in appearance very drastically. In as little as a few days a well fed dog can drop weight, become dehydrated, matted, filled with ticks. If this was your dog, how would you feel if people were making accusations of negligence. Energy is best spent trying to locate the owners. Thank You.
