Orange tabby female cat, she looks to be a teenager. She was found with a black collar with a bell. We found her crying, she was a little scared at first but then she let me get close, she’s super friendly.

This kitty seems to be owned since we found her with a collar & bell. She’s friendly. Please help us find her owner. We are going to get her scanned for a microchip either tomorrow or Monday.
