Description
Black cat with blue collar, first saw him months back looked clean and friendly. He comes by my hse to eat food we leave out and managed to get his collar. Last saw him with swollen eye as in pic. OP4706

Please help me find this cats home, when I first saw him he was very loving and clean and looked lost, this was months ago. Now he’s very skiddish, scared easily and is slowly getting more wounds as time passes. I know he misses his home and I know his owners miss him. OP4706
