Scared dog!!! Do not chase!!! Report all possible sightings to Rachel at. Sadie was a stray dog that I caught in the Church Row neighborhood on the evening of 2/5/26. Animal control took the dog from me on questionable legal grounds and over my stated objections and shortly there after, it escaped their custody at the Humane Society. I am seeking this dog's safe return to my care and custody. I believe, as the original finder and first person knlwn to be in possession of it, that I have a legal right to custody and ownership of it in the event an existing owner does not come forward within the legal stray holding period. Above all else, I believe this is in the best interest of this small scared dog, who is a known flight risk, to remain in a calm, quiet low stress environment instead of the local dog pound.
