COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU!! I have had Yorkies most of my life and NEVER EVER were they alone outside ..EVER!! Always on a LEASH and supervised by me. My heart breaks for this pup and it could have been prevented. I pray 🙏 for this sweet pup .. but I know it won’t be returned or found .. it just won’t .. and I pray this poor thing doesn’t end up in the wrong hands .
