Leave a dirty litter box out side. Check garage and have neighbors check their garages. Lost cats are being found in a locked garage. Leave garage open a little bit, for your cat to come back in. They tend to hide during the day, because of the noise. Check every hiding space outside the house, under porches, crawl spaces. Check closets, under furniture. Check 2 to 17 houses away. Check Golf Rose Animal Hospital if picked up or turned in, that is where they go for a hold. Up date your cats micro chip. Make lost posters. Check shelters every 3 days. Check animal Care and Control on South Western. Check Animal Welfare League. Make sure you register your pet with your county Animal Care and Control. Call the local Police Department.
