from what I know, if he is chipped, they will keep him on a stray hold for 7 days, if he is not chipped they will keep him for 4. I hope you find your baby!!

no intake photo, but there is a dog at Pinellas County animal services named sparky!! https://pinellas.gov/found-dogs-at-animal-services/ and it looks like he was taken to the shelter for the stray hold on 7/5 so it could be him!!
