MESSAGE FROM OWNER
Garfields owner put him outside to live several years ago. Myself and another neighbor have been feeding him & he had an appt to be neutered but he disappeared right before the last snow storm. I was going to get him fixed & find him a good so that he wouldn't have to live outside anymore. I don't need to have him back. We just want to know if he is safe. We are worried about him. I pray someone found him & took him inside & is taking care of him.
