We have lost our African Tortoise , we believe she got out behind the houses along Heather Street and Morningside sometime today. Please message me if you or someone you know find a Tortoise . She is quite large, and is approximately 15 to 18 years old. Thank you! In the picture, she is on the left and her mate is on the right.

Reach out to Lonesome Tortoise Ranch Rescue. Usually when LCAC gets a tortoise, they call them or myself to come pick it up, as the shelter dosent really have accommodations for reptile needs.

I’ve recently seen one on a lawn in the Landing neighborhood. Been here 30 years, go by that house at least twice a day and never saw it before. Could your turtle have traveled that far?
